“ My wife and I arrived approximately 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close for the evening. There were two additional customers waiting to receive their orders. The owner was finishing up the customers orders but was willing to accept our order so close to closing. We informed her that we were attending a church conference nearby but had just been released for dinner break. We felt fortunate that we arrived in time due to being very hungry. I walked in and was greeted by the owner who is really nice and a gentleman behind the counter took my order and fried it right there who was also a pleasure to talk to. The portions are generous. The fish is well seasoned and perfectly fried. The french fries are potato cut fries with the skin on. They have quite the assortment of fish to choose from and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I also snagged up some hand pies and the apple pie is great. I'll definitely be coming here again. ”
